The Farmhouse, a characteristic Tuscan building

Casanova di Larniano is an old farmhouse in Tuscany, not far from San Gimignano (Siena). Its excellent geographical location means that it is within an easy distance from Florence (50 km), Siena (40 km), Pisa (50 km), Volterra (30 km) and the Tyrrhenian coast (50 km).

The farmhouse has been renovated recently, leaving the external villa unchanged whilst recovering the interiors, which once housed the wine cellars, the farm machinery room and stables for livestock.
The farmhouse is just 5 km from San Gimignano (Siena). It stands on a hill (450 metres above sea level) and is surrounded by 10 hectares of cultivated land, including an area of vineyard used to make wine.

The apartments are set in a large garden with a lawn, flower beds and a large pine wood, where guests can sit and relax, away from the heat of the sun. There is a swimming pool equipped with sunshades and sun beds in the vicinity of the pine wood. It offers views over the flourishing vineyard, where guests can try some of the farm’s own Chianti Classico dei Colli Senesi during their stay.
