In case of booking, you will be given online the total price according to the apartment and the period you have chosen. Enter your personal details and then select how you wish to pay the deposit (30% of the total price):
- For payment by credit card: insert your credit card details; your reservation will be confirmed online and we shell send you a voucher by e-mail.
- For payment by bank transfer: you will be prompted with our bank details (see also below). After having confirmed the payment, the chosen flat for the indicated time is kept at your disposal until reception of your deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, we shall send you a voucher by e-mail and your option will be converted into a reservation (as you can see online).
In case of a simple enquiry you may send us an e-mail to ask further information.
Also in this case the online procedure will give you the total price for the apartment and the period you have chosen, while below in the blank space "NOTES" you may add further questions and special requests.
You will be asked to enter your personal details and to confirm.
We will answer to your e-mail as soon as possible. After having received our answer, you can make the reservation by yourself, with the online booking.

TOERISTENBELASTING
De gemeente San Gimignano introduceerde de belasting van 1 maart 2012 tot en met 31 oktober van elk jaar in overeenstemming met de gemeenteraad resolutie nr. 86 del 11/15/11
De belasting geldt alleen voor de nachten van niet-ingezetenen in de stad San Gimignano en een maximum van 10 opeenvolgende nachten.
Het bedrag van de belasting op deze woningen is 1,5 euro per nacht, per persoon.
